Renaka Ramachandran
Member of Board of Directors, Chairperson of Executive Committee and Chairperson of Risk & Audit Committee
Renaka Ramachandran brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and transformation across global agribusiness and manufacturing organizations. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, Land & Renewable Energy of SD Guthrie Berhad. Previously, she was the company's Chief Financial Officer, a role she held since 2011. Prior to that, she led major downstream initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier in her career, Renaka held senior leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been deeply involved in accounting standards development and sustainability governance.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
