Renaka Ramachandran brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and transformation across global agribusiness and manufacturing organizations. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of SD Guthrie Berhad since 2011 and previously led major downstream transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been deeply involved in accounting standards development and sustainability governance.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
