Chris joined Emery Oleochemicals in 2025 and was appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2026. A seasoned professional with over 30 years of global leadership experience, he has driven operational excellence, transformation, and performance improvement across complex, asset-intensive manufacturing organizations.
Chris has led large, multi-site international operations across Europe and Asia, successfully guiding organizations through integration, business transformation, and turnaround to strengthen execution, efficiency, and long-term value creation. His experience spans specialty chemicals, plant-based oils, packaging, coatings, and automotive manufacturing. Prior to Emery, he held senior operational and transformation leadership roles within SD Guthrie Berhad and other global manufacturing organizations.
Chris holds an MBA from the University of Leicester.
