Min Chong joined Emery Oleochemicals in July 2025. He brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the specialty chemicals industry, with a strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation across complex, asset-intensive organizations.
Prior to Emery, Min held senior leadership roles at Ashland, Evonik, Air Products, and Accupac, leading global businesses across additives, personal care, and specialty chemicals.
Min holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
