Base Stocks for Hydraulic Fluids

Emery Oleochemicals' DEHYLUB® esters are recognized by our customers globally for their technical performance and environmental-friendliness in hydraulic fluid applications. Available in various viscosity classes, our product portfolio offers both saturated and unsaturated components for use in regular hydraulic oils as well as in fire resistant fluids (HFDUs). In addition, most of our base stocks for hydraulic fluids have been approved by the European Ecolabel for the Lubricant Substance Classification (LuSC) list, enabling our customers to formulate environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs).

DEHYLUB® Ester Benefits for Hydraulic Fluid Applications

Using Emery's ester technologies in hydraulic fluids provides benefits to formulators and the end user that are demonstrated by our application data and test results. Emery's Bio-Lubricants technical team can support you in measuring and providing performance data including frictional behavior, hydrolytic stability, seal compatibility and renewability to ensure the proper product is selected to meet your specific application requirements.

Demonstrating frictional behavior through Stribeck curves using  Mini Traction Machine (MTM) testing:
