Ms. Eggert has over 25 years of professional experience in the consumer goods and chemical industries, including 18 years in adhesive technologies. Her background includes leadership roles in sustainability management, new business development, investment evaluation, and competitive intelligence. She holds a degree in Business Administration and possesses strong knowledge in systems thinking and organizational development.
