Veerasak Kositpaisal is the Chief Executive Officer of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. With his strong background in engineering and polymer, he has also held director roles in companies in various polymer business sectors. Currently, he is also the Chairman the Plastic Industry Club of Federation of Thai Industries.

Franki Anthony Dass

Franki Anthony Dass started his career in Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad in 1980 as an Assistant Manager and has over 20 years of plantation experience. After various postings across Malaysia, Franki assumed the post of General Manager of PT Minamas in Indonesia in 2002. He subsequently became the Chief Operating Officer of PT Minamas in 2004, before assuming the post of Chief Executive Officer in 2007. He was appointed as Acting Executive Vice President, in May 2010.
Franki holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Agriculture from the Universiti Pertanian Malaysia and has attended various management and MBA programs with MIM and AIM.

Renaka Ramachandran

Renaka joined Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd in April 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer of Finance Division. Prior to joining Sime Darby, she was an Executive Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia.
Her current role now includes the financial oversight of companies within the Plantation Division of Sime Darby Berhad.
Renaka has had over 18 years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services to clients, both local and public listed companies and multinationals, in various industries in her previous role in PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board Working Group on ED 50 Biological Assets (IAS 41).

In leading the Corporate Strategy and International Business, Puntip has been instrumental in driving the growth and development of PTT Global Chemical Plc since 2005.
Puntip currently oversees PTT Global Chemical’s business strategy, business development, corporate planning, corporate strategy & portfolio management, and international business.

Tn Hj. Khairudin Hashim

Tn Hj. Khairudin Hashim worked with R&D of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad from 1979 to 1994 in various capacities viz. Research Officer, Senior Research Officer and Chief Research Officer. Involved in research in the agronomy and plant protection of oil palm, rubber, cocoa and fruits.
In 1995 to 2003, transferred to Head Office as Group Quality & Environment Manager to assist and subsequently led the quality, environment and safety department of as General Manager.
Beginning 2004, he has been appointed as the Director of R&D. With the mega-merger among Golden Hope, Guthrie and Sime Darby in November 2006, he now serves as the Head, R&D Centre for Sime Darby Plantation. He is also a Board Member of several of Sime Darby Plantation’s subsidiaries. Presently serving as a Panel Member of the Advisory Panel for RISDA College.

Haris Fadzilah Hassan

Haris is currently the Senior Vice President of Downstream Operations, Sime Darby Plantations Sdn Bhd. Prior to this; he was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Sime Darby Plantations Sdn Bhd.
Before the merger, he was the General Manager, Corporate Strategy and Business Development of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad since May 2006. His previous management positions were as the Head of Strategic Development and Corporate Planning in Proton Holdings Berhad from May 2005, Head of Iran Project, International Business Division, Proton Marketing from November 2003 and Head of Corporate Planning Division, Proton Berhad from December 2000. Concurrently from 2000 to 2003, he was the Head of Domestic Operation and Head of Public Relations in Proton Berhad. He has also previously worked in Petronas and Matsushita.
Haris has an MBA in International Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Miami, Florida.

Dr. Kongkrapan has more than 15 years of experience in the global petrochemical and chemical arenas. His areas of expertise include overseeing corporate strategy, business development, major project development, international M&A, R&D, and corporate finance & investor relations divisions.
He is currently the Group CEO, a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Risk and Audit Committee of Emery Oleochemicals Group; one of the world's leading and largest natural-based chemical companies with operations in Asia, Europe, and Americas. He has been working with Thailand’s PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited throughout his career, holding various senior positions including Senior Vice President overseeing Performance Products Business Unit and Corporate Business Development, Chairman of the board for a number of PTT Global Chemical's subsidiaries (TOC Glycol and Thai Ethanolamines), President and board member of Thai Oleochemicals, and board member of PTT Chemical International Pte Ltd.
Dr. Kongkrapan has a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas.

Narongsak Jivakanun

In leading the International Business, Narongsak has been influential in driving the expansion of PTT Chemical International Private Limited’s investment including the acquisition of a 50% share in Emery Oleochemical (formally known as Cognis Oleochemicals).
Narongsak has 20 years of experience in the petrochemical, chemicals, oil refinery and industrial gases industry; in business and project development, strategy and planning roles.

Mustamir Mohamad

Mustamir joined Sime Darby Group in 2005 as Manager, Value Management in Group Strategy. After the merger in 2007, Mustamir joined Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd as Head of the EVP Office and he is currently the Head, Strategy and Business Development.
He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, London, in 1995 managing audit clients in the Oil & Gas sector. In 2002, he joined the Central Bank as Manager in the Investment Operations and Financial Markets Department.
A degree holder in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Mustamir is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
