Anon Sirisaengtaksin
Chairman of Board of Directors

Mr. Anon Sirisaengtaksin serves as an Advisor of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. His career started at the Department of Mineral Resources, Thailand and covers more than 30 years in government service and various roles of responsibility with PTT Group including pipeline construction, gas compression, system analysis, natural gas marketing and transmission, natural gas supply and trading, corporate strategy and business development, and exploration and production business.

Previously, he served in various leadership roles of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited including Chief Executive Officer, Senior Executive Vice President, Senior VP – Corporate Strategy and Development. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Ltd. (an affiliate of Thai Oil Public Company Limited and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited) as well as Acting Vice President Business Development Group.

Mr. Sirisaengtaksin also serves as the Chairman of Myriant Corporation, Chairman of PTT Chemical International (Asia Pacific ROH) Limited and Chairman of PTT ICT Solutions Company Limited. He has been a Director of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited since September 2014.

His certifications includes: PTT Executive Leadership Program, GE Crotonville, USA, NIDA Executive Leadership Program 2007, Wharton University of Pennsylvania, USA and Industrial Liaison Program 2005, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Mr. Sirisaengtaksin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Chulalongkorn University, an MBA from Thammasart University and Certificates in Project Investment Appraisal and Management and Global Leadership from Harvard University. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering (Hons.), Chulalongkorn University, Thailand; a Masters of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan and a Doctor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. He holds Honorary Doctor of Public Administration at Bangkok Thonburi University.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Bakke bin Salleh has been Group Chief Executive Officer and President at Sime Darby Global Berhad since November 27, 2010. Prior positions include Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lembaga Tabung Haji, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Felda Holdings Berhad and Group Managing Director of Felda Holdings Berhad.

He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and President at Sime Darby Berhad since June 2010 and its Acting President from June 2010 to November 2010. He served as an Executive Director at Sime Darby Berhad since November 16, 2010 until November 20, 2017. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri bin Salleh has been an Executive Director at Sime Darby Global Berhad since November 16, 2010. He serves as a Director of New Britain Palm Oil Limited, Southern Acids Bhd, Sime Darby Engineering Sdn Bhd, Felda Palm Industries Sdn Bhd and Felda Engineering Services Sdn Bhd. He serves as a Member of Flagship Subsidiary Board at Sime Darby Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. He served as a Director of Sime Darby Property Berhad until September 13, 2017. He also serves on the Boards of Yayasan Sime Darby, Northern Corridor Economic Region and Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Bakke bin Salleh is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He did his articleship at the London Office of Grant Thornton after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ms. Renaka Ramachandran joined Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd in April 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer of Finance Division. Her current role now includes the financial oversight of companies within the Plantation Division of Sime Darby Berhad.

Prior to joining Sime Darby, she was an Executive Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia. Ms. Ramachandran has over 18 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services to clients, both local and public listed companies and multinationals, in various industries in her previous role in PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board Working Group on ED 50 Biological Assets (IAS 41).

Toasaporn Boonyapipat

Mr. Toasaporn Boonyapipat, currently the Executive Vice President of International Business Operations at PTT Global Chemical PLC (PTTGC), joined PTT Global Chemical PLC in 1992 (known then as PTT Chemical Public Company Limited). He has handled key assignments in areas such as Growth Project Management and High Volume Specialties Unit as well as Senior Vice President, International Performance Management.

In addition, Mr. Booyapipat holds other management positions including Chief Executive Officer of Vencorex Holding. He is also a board member of many international subsidiaries of PTTGC.

Mr. Booyapipat has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Chiangmai University and a Master in Business Administration, Burapa University, Thailand. He also has completed the ASEAN Executive Programme (AEP), GE Management Development Institute, Crotonville, USA.

Kongkrapan Intarajang, Ph.D

Dr. Kongkrapan has more than 20 years of experience in the global petrochemical and chemical arenas. His areas of expertise include overseeing corporate strategy, business development, major project development, international M&A, R&D, corporate finance and investor relations.

Dr. Kongkrapan is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Upstream Petrochemical Business at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. He has worked with Thailand’s PTTGC Public Company Ltd. throughout his career, holding various senior positions including Senior Vice President, overseeing the Performance Products Business Unit and Corporate Business Development, and as Executive Vice President of International Business Operations. He previously served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Emery Oleochemicals (M) Sdn Bhd. from 2009 to January 2015.

He serves as the Chairman of the Board for a number of PTT Chemical subsidiaries including TOC Glycol, Thai Ethanolamines and Thai Choline Chloride. He has been a Director of Myriant Corporation since July 2017. He has been a Director at Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited since August 2017. He also serves as a Director of PTT Chemical International Private Limited, Thai Tank Terminal Limited, Vencorex Holding, PTTGC America and PTTGC USA.

Dr. Kongkrapan has a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas.

Shariman Alwani, Ph.D.

Dr. Shariman Alwani is the Head of Strategy & Business Development in Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd. His key roles include strategy formulation, investment evaluation and mergers & acquisition for the Plantation Division of the Sime Darby Group. He took over his current portfolio in February 2014.

He joined Sime Darby in 2008 as Head of Value Management and Investor Relations. His key responsibilities were in the areas of strategic planning, market intelligence and research, investor relations and performance management, covering all sectors of Sime Darby Group. Prior to joining Sime Darby, he was head of Financial Market Surveillance, Monetary Analysis and Strategy Department, Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia).

Dr. Alwani obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst certification in 2000. He holds a degree in Economics from University of Cambridge and a PhD in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University.

Mr. Mohd Haris Mohd Arshad serves as Chief Operating Officer of Downstream at Sime Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd. Previously, he served as its Head of Downstream Manufacturing and Head of Global Trading & Marketing/Downstream.

Duangkamol Settanung

Ms. Duangkamol Settanung has been with the PTT Group since 1982. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited since November 2015. She also serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting of Aromatics (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd. and as a Director of PTT Chemical International Private Limited, Director of PTTGC America Corporation, Director of PTTGC America LLC and Director of Vinythai Public Company Limited.

Ms. Settanung’s prior professional work experience within PTT Group included Senior Vice President of Internal Control System, Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Vice President of Finance and Accounting. She also previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Finance of PTT’s subsidiary, IRPC Public Company Limited. Before joining IRPC Public Company Limited, she served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting of PTT Aromatics and Refining Public Company Limited. She has also served in various leadership roles at Bangchak Petroleum Public Co., Ltd. and at Aromatics (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd.

Ms. Settanung holds a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat University, Thailand and also a 1st Class Honor Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Kasetsart University, Thailand. She received PTT Executive Program from GE Crontonville, USA.; PTT Leadership Development Program III and Director Certification Program (DCP) Class 155/2012, Thai Institute of Directors.

Muhammad Nurazli Razali

Mr. Muhammad Nurazli Razali is currently the Head of Sime Darby Renewables, a business unit within Sime Darby's Plantation Division which focuses on converting palm-based feedstocks into value-added products.

Mr. Razali was previously an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse. He specialized in mergers & acquisition as well as hostile takeover defense, then later joined Sime Darby Berhad and was assigned to set up the business development and corporate finance unit in Consolidated Plantations Berhad in 2004. He also served as the Vice President of Group Strategy and Business Development where he worked closely with the Plantation and Energy & Utilities Divisions of Sime Darby Group.

Mr. Razali graduated from Cambridge University and attended the Senior Management Development Program by Harvard Business School. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales (ICAEW).

Ms. Pariyanuch SaeKow has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Myriant Corporation since July 2017. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Myriant. She also serves as Vice President at PTT Global Chemical PLC.

Ms. SaeKow has more than 7 years of experience across various countries within the PTT Group of companies in various management and executive roles including corporate planning and strategy, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international business performance management.

Prior to joining PTT Group, she was a Principal with a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions and divestment. She also led the execution of several strategic transactions for clients including the PTT Group in the coal mining, gas retail services, power utilities and petrochemical sectors throughout her years in investment banking career.

Ms. SaeKow earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

Ramesh Kana
Group Chief Executive Officer & Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Ramesh brings over 25 years of diverse international experience to Emery Oleochemicals Group, gained from the oil and gas, investment banking and accounting sectors.

He built his career at the Royal Dutch Shell Group, holding key positions in Australia, China, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Latin America. During this time, he successfully established and grew a Finance & Management consultancy business in Asia Pacific, led a Global Merger & Acquisitions team out of London, was the Executive Vice President Finance for Central America & Caribbean based in Latin America; and managed the Finance & Portfolio Strategy for North East Asia based in Beijing.

Returning to Australia in 2005, he held roles as Chairman of a listed mining services company and was Director, Investment Banking with a Sydney-based corporate finance house.

Since joining Emery Oleochemicals in 2009 as Group Chief Financial Officer, Ramesh has played a key leadership role in driving and implementing various growth strategies - decisively positioning the company for its next generation of global expansion in the area of natural-based specialty chemicals.

As the Group Chief Executive Officer, he is resolute in driving Emery Oleochemicals' long-term ambitions through his deep understanding and experience of the company’s business, culture, people, partners and industry.

Ramesh has recently been elected as the President of the Global Compact Network Malaysia, the local chapter of United Nations Global Compact - world’s largest voluntary corporate sustainability leadership platform focused on the development, implementation and disclosure of responsible and sustainable corporate policies and practices.

Ramesh holds a Bachelor degree in Business (Accounting), a Master in Enterprise & Innovation, and is an Australian Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jay Taylor
Senior Vice President, Chief Manufacturing Officer & Regional Managing Director for Americas and Europe

Jay, who has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the petrochemical and oleochemicals industry, is the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer. Additionally, he holds the role of Regional Managing Director for the Americas and Europe.

In his current capacity, Jay provides global operational coordination and guidance in all relevant functions including safety, budgeting, environmental compliance and stewardship, personnel development and operational efficiencies. As the Head of Major Projects too, he oversees project development and management, systems adherence, governance controls and efficiencies. In providing Leadership and General Management duties for the Americas and Europe, he leads the operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and is a key point of contact for all internal and external parties related to Emery Oleochemicals’ local operations.

Jay's previous career experience before joining Emery Oleochemicals includes working at Huntsman Polymers Corporation in various management roles and has had the opportunity of managing four of their operating units.

Jay has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lubbock Christian University, Texas.

Billy Yeoh
Head, Specialties Business

Starting his tenure at Emery Oleochemicals in 1998, Billy began his career as a Marketing Executive responsible for the Coatings & Inks and Plastics Technology divisions, based out of the Malaysia office. Quickly gaining a strong foothold in these high-growth sectors, he took on an international portfolio with his promotion as the Asia Pacific Regional Business Manager, Plastics Technology and subsequently, as the Asia Pacific Regional Business Director overseeing the Fatty Alcohols and Oleo Derivatives business. In these two roles, Billy is credited for establishing high-performance teams which expanded market share, sales revenue and profitability.

Leaving the company to pursue other interests in 2007, he gained further expertise in the areas of general management , operations, and technical support covering Asia and North America. Re-joining Emery Oleochemicals in 2011, Billy took up dual roles as the Regional Sales Director and Regional Head of Oleobasics, Americas based out of Cincinnati – where he still resides today. Having grown the business triple-fold through strategic go-to-market initiatives and effective collaboration with the North America operations team, he was promoted to the role of Global Business Director in January 2016.

In his current role as Head, Specialties Business, Billy is responsible for delivering strategic growth through the execution of projects across the company’s six distinct business groups. As a key member of the senior leadership at the company, he focuses on driving operational excellence in the company’s multicultural, multinational organization while delivering superior, sustainable products to help ensure customer success.

He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Economics, both earned at the University of Western Australia.
